1. Completed application form with non-refundable $30 application fee. (Checks made payable to Seton Hill College.)
2. Official transcripts from all colleges or universities you attended.
3. Three letters of recommendation.
4. A current resume.

Specific Program Requirements:

1. A letter of intent demonstrating career goals which are consistent with program outcomes and goals.

Master of Arts in Writing Popular Fiction

1. A writing sample.  It will be reviewed for its author's overall potential as a writer of popular fiction-specifically such criteria as a story sense, character development, realistic dialogue, plot development, and originality.

2. A letter of intent outlining the student's background and goals as it pertains to the program.

Master of Business Administration

1. A 2-4 page written personal statement.  The personal statement should focus on one's academic ability for graduate study, history or work experience, and professional goals.  The personal statement is reviewed as a writing sample.

2. Score from Miller Analogies Test
3. Portfolio: submit 15-20 slides of work in varied media. (Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return of your slides.)

1. Copy of Special Education Teaching Certificate (for Option I).

1. Copy of Special Education Teaching Certificate (for Option I).
2. Copy of Elementary Education Teaching Certificate (for Option II).
3. Copy of any teaching certificate held (for Option III).

Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology

1. Letter of intent demonstrating career goals which are consistent with the program's outcomes and goals and readiness for graduate study and a career in counseling.  The applicant's letter should indicate a fundamental understanding of the practice of art therapy or couples and family therapy.
