Thomas Boyle
Director, MBA Program and Assistant Professor of Business. Professor Boyle received his BA from Youngstown Sate University and his MAT and doctoral degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Professor Boyle's teaching and research focus is on entrepreneurship. Before joining Seton Hill, he has assistant professor of business at Penn State University - Altoona and developed the first entrepreneurship program for the Penn State University system. He is a visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship in the MBA Program at the Monaco Business School, University of Southern Europe - Monaco. He was named a Babson Fellow in Entrepreneurship by Babson College.

Catherine Giunta
Assistant Professor. M.A., St. Francis College; B.A., Seton Hill College. She was named 1996 C.A.S.E. Professor of the Year at Seton Hill College. She began her tenure at the college in 1985. Ms. Giunta is responsible for two specialties - Human Resources and Marketing. Ms. Giunta serves on the advisory board of the Seton Hill College National Education Center for Women in Business (NECWB).

Victoria Marie Gribschaw, S.C.
Associate Professor and Chair of the Social Sciences Division. Ph.D., The Ohio State University; M.S., West Virginia University-, B.A., Seton Hill College. Dr. Gribschaw is a member of Kappa Omicron Nu and has earned the Elaine Knowles Weaver Research Award and the Outstanding Service Award from the Ohio State University.

Paul Mahady
Assistant Professor. M.B.A., Indiana University of Pennsylvania; B.A., University of Pennsylvania. Mr.Mahady has been an assistant professor at Seton Hill since 1981. He directs the undergraduate management internship program and is responsible for the accounting courses. Mr. Mahady has been instrumental in developing entrepreneurial courses and is, himself, the owner of several small businesses.
