The major and minor in Spanish provide a broadly based understanding of cultural and literary topics through an integration of traditional and current approaches, including courses on language, culture, current events, and literary study. Internships, tutorial work, and research are parts of the curriculum. Graduate studies, international management, and teaching are opportunities for Spanish majors.
